Bio: Jamie Pachino is an award winning playwright and screenwriter with work produced around the globe. Her honors include the Kennedy Center Fund for New American Plays production grant, Chicago's Joseph Jefferson Award for Best New Work, Runner Up for the Osborn Award (American Theatre Critics Association) and Jane Chambers Award, as well as a nominee for the Susan Smith Blackburn Prize, Illinois Governor's Award. Her work has been invited to festivals all over the world and optioned for the screen. Recent work includes a new play commission from Steppenwolf, a new musical to debut with Roadworks Productions, and a screenplay for Dreamworks.
